Anacortes Soo Bahk Do is certified by the U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation.

Colette Arvidson Sa Bom and Andy Arvidson Sa Bom are Master Instructors certified by the Korean Soo Bahk Do Association World Moo Duk Kwan. Colette and Andy Arvidson have been training in the Art of Soo Bahk Do since 1996 & 1997 respectively. They received their instructor training/apprenticeship under the instruction of Curt McCauley, Sa Bom Nim and completed the National U.S. Soo Bahk Do Moo Duk Kwan Federation Instructors Certification program before opening this studio in Anacortes in January 2005. The first year of classes were held at the Anacortes Senior Center. The 2117 O Avenue location was opened in January 2006. The Arvidsons tested for 6th Degree in 2021 before Hyun Chul Hwang, Kwan Jang Nim (Grand Master of the Moo Duk Kwan).

Andy Arvidson also teaches a separate class on the long form of Tai Chi Chuan, as received from his Tai Chi Instructor, Don Magness.
